Carrick COO questions Part VII costs after two-year legacy transfer

The High Court of Justice of England and Wales has finally sanctioned the transfer of the reinsurance contracts of Brazilian reinsurer IRB-Brasil Resseguros’s UK branch to Community Reinsurance, effective June 20.
