Ever-rising reinsurance capacity - now including novel casualty ILS structures - is finally washing into much of the casualty market, but has chosen not to lift all boats, with select US exposures often left high and dry, versus specialty lines where capacity may be somewhat blindly flowing in, analysts at Gallagher Re said of mid-year renewal exercises.
