Casualty ILS doomed to growth amid unrelenting demand in tough lines

Casualty ILS, chiefly sidecar structures, can do little but follow the ever-rising demand for casualty capacity, and ILS originators will continue devising new structures to address any and every lingering investor concern, panellists at Intelligent Insurer’s Reinsurance Outlook US 2026 conference in New York on May 12 argued.
