CEA feels reinsurance rate relief, but must keep members on the hook

The California Earthquake Authority will likely see an increase in its reinsurance burden as a portion of its business again in 2024 and will take steps to potentially keep participant insurers on the hook for a spot on the claims paying tower to match to-date levels.
