Chubb and Fidelis lost a UK court bid to force a host of major London Market names who formerly backed Russian airlines to refund or share the damages it has had to pay to the lessors of aircraft lost to the nationwide Russian confiscation of aircraft following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
