Chubb will automate 85% of key functions, enabling 20% headcount cut

Global carrier Group Chubb could cut workforce by about 20% over the course of 3-4 years as it pursues a digital transformation across some 70% of its organisation and put some 85% of key processes in a digital format, the carrier said in a new presentation for investors.
