Commercial P&C shows green shoot of recovery after Q4 long-term low

Commercial P&C insurance rate growth picked up across select business lines in the first quarter of 2025, springing back lightly to 3% annual growth from a prior quarter long-term low, a quarterly pricing study by MarketScout indicated.
