Commercial premium in fractional gain Q4; many segments down: CIAB

Commercial insurance renewal premium growth slowed or outright fell in Q4 for nearly every segment of the market, putting total renewal premium growth down another 1.4 points to a fractional 0.2% year on year pace, the latest quarterly survey of members at the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB) has shown.
