Commercial property premium slows again Q4, now 14 pts off peak: CIAB

Commercial property insurance premium growth continued to lean on the brakes through the fourth quarter of 2024, slowing another 1.6 points to a 6% annual rate, a quarterly survey of members at the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB) has shown.
