Commercial rates remain volatile; most Q2 gains at cycle highs: Ivans

US commercial P&C insurance renewal rate growth remained volatile through the second quarter, bouncing back with a vengeance in June for commercial property while pulling back from May surges in several key remaining lines, the latest reading of the Ivans Index indicated.
