Compre appoints new commercial director in push for Europe, Lloyd’s
Bermuda-domiciled international legacy group Compre has appointed a new group commercial director to oversee business origination in the European and Lloyd’s markets, as well as strategic market and product development.
Zameer Mitha has been appointed to the newly created position of group commercial director.
He will report directly to group CEO Will Bridger and work closely with group M&A director Connie Tregidga to evaluate Compre’s retrospective reinsurance transactions.
Mitha has 20 years’ experience across actuarial, strategy and underwriting, spanning the UK, Europe and North American markets. He joined Compre as chief actuary for North America in 2022 from ArgoGlobal.
