CRC closes Euclid acquisition to scale transactional insurance platform

US wholesale specialty broker CRC Group has completed its acquisition of New York-based MGA Euclid Transactional, in a move it believes will strengthen its position in the transactional risk market and expand its global specialty underwriting capabilities.
