D&O remains awash in capacity, even as rates ‘beginning to level off’

The D&O market may be “beginning to level off”, but excess capacity on key global markets, often boosted by enthusiasm from the London Market, continues to tip the scales towards a multifaceted softening, analysts at Gallagher Specialty have claimed.
