D&O will soften more in 2025 but rate bottoming out: AJG

Directors & officers liability coverage (D&O) may see continued rate decline in 2025, although the pace of the softening could slow, partly because the flow of new carriers into the space may finally be over, say analysts at brokerage AJ Gallagher.
