D&O’s soft market nears a wall as reserve fears surface, claims rise

D&O liability is finally taking some upward pressure to rate as reserve adequacy has come under question, recent loss ratios have risen and more and more players say the softening has gone too far, analysts at the insurance sector ratings agency AM Best have indicated.
