DARAG snaps up run-off portfolio from former insurtech unicorn

European legacy acquirer DARAG Group has acquired a run-off portfolio from former insurtech unicorn wefox, after the insurtech agreed to sell its Liechtenstein-domiciled insurance carrier to a group of Swiss companies as part of its ongoing business restructuring.
