DARAG to take on local insurer’s entire Danish insurance portfolio

European run-off acquirer DARAG Group has agreed to take on the entire change of ownership and building damage portfolio of a Danish insurer in a deal that will enable the company to achieve finality on its liabilities and exit the insurance market.
