Davies makes largest M&A addition yet with Canadian claims leader deal

Specialist insurance services provider Davies has signed an agreement to acquire Canada’s largest claims processing and risk solutions provider, SCM Insurance Services (SCM), in what it calls its largest strategic M&A addition to date.
