Director hit with indefinite industry ban from Bermuda’s regulator

A long-running regulatory intervention into Custodian Life, a Bermuda-registered Class C long-term insurer, has culminated in enforcement action against its former director, who has been barred from a string of senior positions under the Insurance Act “for an indefinite period.”
