Downsized Liberty Mutual still shrinking: Q3 NWP down 8.2% YoY

Liberty Mutual continued to shrink on its top line through the third quarter of 2025 following prior downsizing and amid continued apparent cutbacks, watching net written premium fall in excess of 8% year-on-year with declines visible across both its major segments and nearly every product line.
