E&S start-up Tara Hill attracts industry veteran with Argo/Chubb/AIG pedigree

Tara Hill Insurance Services, US insurance group Ambac Financial Group’s programme administrator, has snagged an industry veteran boasting experience from Argo and Chubb to expand its excess and surplus (E&S) portfolio.
