Exposure growth in California FAIR Plan slows Q2 after year-long surge

Policy and exposure growth at California's troubled insurer of last resort, the California FAIR Plan, slowed into Q2 after a surge that culminated Q1, but remains elevated, pushing the strained residual market player to the $650 billion mark in exposures.
