FEMA widens reinsurance panel for this year's NFIP coverage

National Flood Insurance Program, the flood arm of US disaster response agency FEMA, upped its panel of reinsurers this year with US/Singapore insurance-linked securities manager Quantedge Capital entering the mix for the first time.
