Fleming sues James River for alleged ‘fraud’, ‘misrepresentations’ in JRG Re deal

Fleming’s US subsidiary, Fleming Intermediate Holdings, has filed a lawsuit against James River Group Holdings, its CEO Frank D’Orazio, and CFO Sarah Doran, alleging securities fraud, breach of contract, and “misrepresentations” to force the purchase of JRG Reinsurance for $277 million.
