Florida cites 32 insurer red flags in H2; three carriers put on watch

Some 32 Florida insurers qualified for potential supervisory oversight for having run afoul of state regulatory standards in H2 2023, from which regulators picked three carriers to go under the microscope on account of non-renewals and sizeable rate hike requests while playing down more numerous signals of financial instability.
