Florida court vacancies: tort reforms cut down litigation again in 2025

Florida booked a consecutive year of reduced homeowner claims litigation, giving credit to key tort reforms it had crafted to counter a flood of what it considered frivolous lawsuits, the latest dataset from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) indicates.
