Florida’s residual windstorm market insurer Citizens should proceed to an “aggressive” selection of a new reinsurance broker if the current broker looks unable to secure a palpable reduction in rate in the 2025 renewals, a member of the board of governors argued during a public board meeting Wednesday, December 4.
