Florida’s Citizens may start buying soft market ‘bells and whistles’

Florida’s insurer of last resort Citizens could work to recoup some of the structures it lost from its reinsurance programme during the hard market, including reinstatements or drop downs to build resilience against multiple events, officials have suggested.
