Gallagher Re spots the new and unrated force behind the MGA boom

North American premiums via delegated underwriting may have an increasing pile of unrated reinsurance capital standing in support, potentially putting pressure on capital and on margin in turn, analysts at broker Gallagher Re said in its semi-annual review of the delegated authority and fronting market.
