Gallagher says E&S accelerates even as doors open to admitted carriers

The excess and surplus market is holding its own, possibly even accelerating, even as the moderation of the market hardening should put admitted market players back in play, top officials from re/insurance brokerage group AJ Gallagher have claimed.
