Gallagher to hold pace of ‘tuck-in’ M&A through AssuredPartners deal

Global re/insurance brokerage group AJ Gallagher will continue with “tuck-in” acquisitions without break despite a pending massive integration of its latest M&A target AssuredPartners, top officials have assured. Together with the AssuredPartners M&A machine, the pace could even double.
