Give us a double digit mid-year rate cut or broker heads roll, Citizens warns

Florida's residual windstorm market insurer Citizens is pressing hard for a double-digit cut to reinsurance rates at the mid-year renewals, amid threats from the governing board that broker heads could roll if the carrier isn't financially rewarded for the state’s tort reform efforts.
