Guy Carpenter to fully acquire Athens joint venture

Guy Carpenter, Marsh McLennan's reinsurance arm, has struck terms to acquire the remaining 51.5% of its 11-year-old Athens-based joint venture, securing full ownership and strengthening its presence in the region.
