HDI Global Specialty sets sights on bold US expansion with MGA grab

HDI Global Specialty has taken a majority stake in managing general agency (MGA) Falcon Risk Holdings and acquired a subsidiary of Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance (PLM), in a strategic move to strengthen its position in the US market with an initial focus into the “attractive” surety and fidelity insurance business.
