Helene no coastal event, goes inland hard for record flooding

Hurricane Helene wasn't satisfied to pummel the Florida coast with 140 mph category-4 wind speeds and storm surge, but kept its show on the road through the weekend with record setting flash and river flooding into the Carolinas and beyond.
