Helene unlikely to affect Florida re/insurer credit ratings: Fitch

The credit ratings for Florida’s property & casualty re/insurers, the state’s residual insurer Citizens, and the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund are “not likely” to be affected by Hurricane Helene, Fitch Ratings said following first landfall of the Cat-4 storm.
