Howden Re launches Hong Kong reinsurance broking unit poaching Aon head

Howden Re is ramping up its Asia-Pacific ambitions with a new reinsurance broking operation in Hong Kong. The broker has poached Aon Re’s local head and Guy Carpenter’s senior brokers to build out treaty capabilities on the ground, “reflecting the specific requirements of the region”.
