Howden US poaching cases: everything you need to know so far

UK insurance broker Howden launched its foray into the US market early in 2025 and, said to be unable to secure any larger M&A deal, nonetheless managed to take on staff in leaps and bounds. The result: a rising caseload in US courts led by key US brokerage rivals stinging from staff and client losses and increasingly motivated to strike back.
