Hurricanes and casualty woes may buoy 1/1 renewal rates: Gallagher

The late hurricane season, continued US casualty concerns and robust demand across the board, are likely to put upward pressure on pending reinsurance renewals, the top officer of insurance brokerage group Arthur J Gallagher has indicated.
