Increased appetite drives property cat rates down at mid-year renewals: Aon

The mid-year reinsurance renewals saw increased appetite and competition from traditional reinsurance and ILS markets, driving down prices for both US and Florida insurers, according to Aon’s Reinsurance Market Dynamics July 2024 report.
