Vesttoo files chapter 11 bankruptcy to enable legal last stand

Insurtech ILS investment platform Vesttoo filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to clear some breathing room as it plots a legal counter-attack in which it vows to “aggressively pursue all parties that harmed our business.”
