Acrisure Re invigorates strategic direction with swathe of promotions

Acrisure Re, the reinsurance division of insurance broker and fintech platform  Acrisure, has unveiled a swathe of senior promotions in North America.

Most notable, Michael Cross becomes president of the North American division. Previously head of the Burlington, North Carolina office and NA COO, Cross will now focus on running and developing the strategic direction of Acrisure Re’s reinsurance business in the US and Canada.

Since joining Acrisure Re almost seven years ago, Cross has been instrumental in managing and implementing Acrisure Re’s North American business operations and strategy.

In addition, Michael Fitzgerald has been promoted to Office Head of the Burlington, NC office where he will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the NC office. Fitzgerald joined the Acrisure Re team in 2015 and has over 20 years of experience in the re/insurance industry.
