Advantage completes recapitalisation and expands board of directors

Advantage Insurance Holdings, a provider of insurance solutions for businesses and individuals, has completed a recapitalisation transaction and recruited Tom Hutton, Bruce Shewmaker and Gary Witherspoon to its board of directors.
