Alliant snaps up US oil and gas insurance specialist
Alliant Insurance Services has acquired a Texas-based firm that specialises in property and casualty (P&C) insurance solutions for the oil and gas service industry.
McAnally Wilkins provides P&C insurance and risk management solutions for businesses focused in oilfield service and oil transportation in the Southwest US and nationwide.
Headquartered in Odessa, Texas, McAnally Wilkins also offers a broad range of insurance programmes to meet the complex needs of oil and gas businesses and contractors. The company's extensive knowledge of the oil and gas sector's specific risk exposures allows it to offer customised insurance programmes from insurers that help mitigate risk.
Following the deal, McAnally Wilkins will continue to service clients from its Texas and Oklahoma-based office locations.
