Allianz Insurance appoints director of business change

Allianz Insurance has appointed Ibi Moghraby to the role of director, business change.

In his new role, Moghraby will take responsibility for overseeing and delivering the business change activity across Allianz UK.

Moghraby joined Allianz 12 years ago on the corporate management graduate scheme and has since held several leadership positions at branch level, as head of SME direct markets in Lancaster and as managing director of Allianz Business Services (ABSL). He most recently held the post of head of claims strategy and customer experience.

Allianz’s chief operating officer, Stephanie Smith, said: “Ibi has a wealth of business and change experience having worked in various Commercial roles. I’m really pleased we have been able to promote from within and believe this appointement reflects Allianz’s continued investment in developing the talent of our people. Ibi‘s expertise, passion and energy will be invaluable in this new role and I look forward to working with him during this exciting time for the business.”
