Allianz sells 51% stake in Saudi-listed company to UAE insurer

Global insurance group Allianz is selling majority shareholding in Allianz Saudi Fransi (AzSF) in Saudi Arabia, as part of its business strategy to streamline its operation in the Middle-East.
