Allianz snags new group financial controller from Ageas

Allianz Holdings, which owns the principal insurance operations of Allianz SE in the UK, has appointed Mark Dixon to the role of group financial controller.

He joins Allianz from Ageas Insurance where he was director of finance. He has also held senior roles at Aon, including divisional chief financial officer.

Reporting to chief financial officer Fernley Dyson, Dixon will head up financial reporting and control activities for the Allianz Holdings group.

Dyson said: “Mark joins our expanding business at an exciting time in its development and I am delighted to welcome him to the team. He brings a wealth of expertise and experience and I am sure that he will make a significant contribution to the on-going success of the group.”
