Allstate seeks 600 executives in hiring spree
US-based Allstate Insurance Company is seeking to hire 600 executives to fill positions throughout its US Northwest region, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii.
The company stated that it is hiring to boost its agency sales force to keep pace with growing consumer demand for insurance and financial products and services.
"We are seeing increased consumer demand for auto and home insurance as well as financial advice and planning, and with the increased demand, there is also a need for compassionate and dedicated individuals in roles within Allstate agencies; including customer service and sales positions," said Rich Vander Weyst, Allstate's strategic deployment leader.
To help attract candidates, the company is offering up to a $10,000 to any member of the general public who refers an eligible agency owner candidate to Allstate.
Allstate is looking for agency owners and financial specialist candidates who embrace risks and challenges and can invest in a small business to ensure its stability and growth.
"One feature that sets Allstate apart from other insurers is that the agent owns the economic interest in their business and Allstate's suite of products is in a very competitive position in the Northwest market right now,“ Weyst noted.
Allstate is a personal lines insurer, protecting approximately 16 million households through auto, home, life and other insurance products.
