Arcadian Risk taps chief claims officer from Liberty Specialty Markets

Bermuda-based managing general agent (MGA)  Arcadian Risk Capital has hired a new chief claims officer from Liberty Specialty Markets.

Chen Foley (pictured) will be charged with managing all aspects of Arcadian Group´s claims function, in line with the company’s strategic direction, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Foley has 20 years of experience in the Bermuda and London insurance/reinsurance markets as a claims manager, claims adjuster and coverage counsel. Prior to joining Arcadian, he served Liberty Specialty Markets Agency for more than six years, latterly as head of Bermuda claims and before that as vice president claims manager and coverage counsel.
