Ardonagh deal to create major new player in UK insurance market

UK insurance intermediary Ardonagh Group has agreed a merger between Markerstudy and Atlanta Group, Ardonagh’s personal lines broking business, to create a major new personal lines player in the UK insurance market with over £3 billion in annual premiums.
